A H Property maintenance looks after the personal details you share with us. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and the address of the work.
- What you tell us about the job, including any photos you send.
- Records of our messages, calls and voicemails, quotes, bookings, invoices and payments.
- Basic, anonymous information about how our website is used.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, quote for work and carry out the job you've asked for.
- To keep in touch about your job — appointment confirmations, updates and paperwork. These are service messages, not marketing.
- To keep our own business records, including tax and accounting records, and to handle any complaint or dispute.
- To send you offers or news only if you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time and it will not affect the service you receive.
Marketing
We only send marketing where you have given us permission, and only through the channels you chose (for example email but not text). You can withdraw permission at any time by replying to any message, using the unsubscribe link, or contacting us at 4ahpm1@gmail.com.
Who else sees your details
We use trusted suppliers to run our business, including Orvia Hub (BRONI&BO LTD), which provides our website, enquiry system and customer records. They only act on our instructions. We may also share details with accountants, payment providers, or where the law requires it. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and accounting duties, normally six years after our last dealings with you. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record of that request so we don't contact you by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, object to how we use them, or ask us to limit their use.
